By using the The Digital Consulate, you agree to comply with these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
Description of Services
The platform provides online consular services to Mauritanian citizens abroad, including consular registration, consular card issuance, travel permits, burial permits, dead transport permits, names matching certification, power of attorney statements, appointment booking, and document certification.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tracking information. The platform must only be used for lawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, images, and design, is owned by the Mauritanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
The Ministry shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. We make every effort to ensure continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Mauritanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent legal channels in Mauritania.
