No. The ministry services do not require consular registration.
Two services are available: appointment booking with the ministry and document certification. Each service card shows its requirements.
Each service has a "Track order" button. Search by tracking number, national number or passport number to see the status and history.
When your order is "Processed", the tracking page shows "Download signed document". The certified copy is available there for download.
Appointments take place in person at the ministry. Whether you need to attend depends on the requirements stated in your order.
